She has over 25 years of marketing and business development experience and served as a marketing director for five top-ranked ENR-rated firms in the three main disciplines- A/E/CS In big and small A, E, and C firms, her responsibilities included directly managing the development of in-house work services, responsible for day-to day operations, directly managing the development of client engagement, and managing the overall strategic plan for operations, marketing management, and professional development.
In 2008, Deborah launched Golden Square to put her successful career expertise, as a rainmaker and marketer, to study and work with marketing teams to elevate their outcomes and successes.
