Amy Woods is a professional engineer with more than 17 years of experience in the field of historic preservation and forensic engineering of materials and construction systems. She has been involved with many types of projects such as façade investigations, repair and rehabilitation projects, and materials analysis. Amy is on the Board for the Association for Preservation Technology International, a Director for the International Concrete Repair Institute Chicago chapter, on the Easement Committee for Landmarks Illinois, and is an instructor in the Historic Preservation Building Diagnostics class at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Steve Nargang has more than 20 years of design, engineering, project management, technical sales, and business development experience, with a background in mechanical engineering and project development across a range of industries and applications. A Certified Professional Estimator, Robert is an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) and is currently the 1st Vice President of the Chicago Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE). Bill Dvorak | MedProperties Group Director, Development Services
Bill Dvorak leads development activities at MedProperties Group. His development experience spans a variety of asset classes including medical office, retail, residential, and industrial, with a specialty in mixed-use development. Prior to joining MedProperties Group, Mr. Dvorak was a Senior Program Manager for Structured Development, LLC, where he was responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and management of the firm’s development projects, managing nearly $600 million in ground up development and adaptive re-use projects in the Chicago area.
