SMPS Chicago Invites Aspiring Leaders To ‘Skills for Internal Elevation: Obtaining a Seat at the Leadership Table’

Chicago — SMPS Chicago is proud to present a panel on how to elevate yourself, obtain a seat at the leadership table and develop a strong collaboration among colleagues to accomplish extraordinary goals. The “Skills for Internal Elevation: Obtaining a Seat at the Leadership Table” program will be held on Wed. May 9, 2018 at 11:30 am CT at Petterino’s. #pathtoeleadership

The aim of this “path to leadership program” is to discuss the necessary skills to work with and as senior leaders, and address challenges, barriers and how to produce results in the innovative building industry.

This lunch program is suitable for marketers and business developers within SMPS at all levels, as it will talk to junior, middle and senior levels and provide practice advice. The aim of this session is to provide – through a panel of esteemed senior marketers across professional services – advice and counsel on what it means to have a seat at the leadership table, how to get the relevant people aligned and on board to actually make this happen, actual or perceived barriers and, finally, words of wisdom from people who have been in those positions and who can share their learnings for you to take forward to advance your own careers.

The cost to attend the program is $50 for members and $95 for non-members if you register by May 4, 2018.   The cost to attend is $75.00 for members and $120.00 for non-members after May 4, 2018.
